To ensure a smooth shopping experience and reduce unnecessary returns, the following policy applies:
* COD is available for all standard orders up to size 3XL.
* Orders above 3XL (4XL and above), custom-sized garments, or any customized orders require a non-refundable token payment of ₹999 to confirm the order.
* The remaining balance can be paid via Cash on Delivery when your order is delivered.
As a slow fashion and sustainable fashion brand, many of our garments are made to order. This policy helps us prevent unnecessary wastage of fabrics, time, and resources while allowing us to continue offering inclusive sizing and custom-made pieces.
