Returns
We do not accept returns without a genuine or valid reason.

If a return is approved, only store credit will be issued.

The return request must be made within 7 business days of the order being delivered.

No refunds are provided under any circumstance.

Exchanges
Exchanges are available for size adjustments or product exchange.

If the required size or product is unavailable, we will issue store credit.

Customers must inform us of size issues within 7 business days of delivery.

A product is eligible for exchange only twice.

Shipping for Exchanges
We do not provide pickup for exchange requests.

You must ship the product back to us for the exchange to be processed.

If you want us to schedule a pickup, it will be chargeable at ₹140.

First-time exchange shipping/reverse shipping* i.e, the exchanged product which will be shipped from our side, the shipping charges for that will be covered by us. Pickup is chargeable in all the cases .

Second-time exchange shipping will be charged to the customer.

Refunds & Store Credit
We do not provide refunds—only store credit.

Store credit is valid for 365 days and can be used for future purchases.

How to Initiate an Exchange

Damaged or Defective Products
If a damaged or defective product is received, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

For such cases, we will provide either store credit or an exchange.

Claims made after 48 hours may not be accepted.

Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order (before dispatch).

Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Package Opening Process (Mandatory Video)
Customers are requested to record a complete unboxing video from receiving the package to opening it.

If reporting a defect or damage, this video is mandatory.

Without the proper video proof, we may not be able to assist further.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases.

Company’s Authority
In case of any dispute or issue, the company holds the final authority to make decisions.

Processing Time
The complete return or exchange process takes 1–1.5 business weeks.

sale items are not subjected to returns or exchange so please make sure you order accordingly and if you still want to exchange it the shipping charges would be on you.
