All purchases made on LECLERA are final. We do not accept refunds, returns, exchanges, or alterations under any circumstances.

The only exception applies to products (including sale products) received in a defective or damaged condition, provided that:

a) The issue is reported to our customer care team in writing within 24 hours of delivery.

b) The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

c) LECLERA’s delivery agent verifies the defect or damage.

If approved, LECLERA, at its sole discretion, will provide a replacement (subject to availability) or a store credit.

International Orders

For international shipments, any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance charges imposed at the destination are the sole responsibility of the customer. LECLERA shall not be held liable for delays, returns, or non-delivery caused by customs procedures.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be raised within 24 hours of placing the order. Requests submitted after this period will not be entertained under any circumstances.

All cancellation requests are subject to review, and LECLERA reserves the right to accept or reject any request at its sole discretion.

Non-Cancellable Items

• Accessories: Orders for accessories are strictly non-cancellable. Once placed, they will be processed without exception.

• Sale/Clearance Products: No return, exchange, or cancellation request can be raised for items purchased during sale or clearance.
