Exchange Policy – LECLERA
At LECLERA, we strive to deliver premium quality garments to you. However, if something isn’t right, we are happy to offer an exchange under the following conditions:
1. Exchange Eligibility
We accept exchanges only if:
•The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
•The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn
•All original tags and packaging are intact
•The product is returned in the same condition as received
•There is no stain, perfume smell, makeup mark, damage, or alteration
2. Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
•Items purchased during sale or promotional offers
•Customized or altered pieces
Exchange Process
•To request an exchange, contact us via WhatsApp/Email with your Order ID and product images
•Our team will review and approve the request
•Once approved, the product must be shipped back to us
•After quality inspection, we will dispatch the exchanged item
Important Notes
•Exchange is allowed once per order
•Exchange is subject to stock availability
