1. *Exchanges Only*: We currently offer exchanges, no return no refund. If you encounter any size issues, you can exchange the garment for a different size.

2. *Condition Requirements*: Exchanges will only be accepted if the garment is in its original condition. This means:
– The garment must be free of stains, including makeup or any other marks.
– The garment should be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

3. *Size Issues*: If the garment does not fit as expected, you can request an exchange for the correct size, subject to availability.

4. *Exchange Process*:
– Contact our customer service within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order to initiate an exchange.

– Once we receive the product and it passes the quality check, we will exchange it within 4 to 5 business days.
– Provide details of the garment and the size issue, along with photos if needed.
– Ship the garment back to us in its original packaging.
– Once we receive and inspect the garment, we will process the exchange and ship the new size to you.
